The Single Mode MPO Cable is a high-performance Type B Patch Cable, featuring 12-fiber OS2 singlemode compatibility. Available in lengths ranging from 1 to 50 meters, this cable uses 9/125um fiber with a 3mm jacket diameter made of Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) material. The insertion loss is exceptionally low, typically 0.35dB. Suitable for a wide range of temperatures(-10°C to +70°C), it meets the needs of diverse environments.

   When docking MPO/MTP fiber optic connectors, make sure they are securely in place. Typically, you will hear a “click” or crunch sound. If you don’t hear it, attempt to reconnect the connector.

2. Maintain Cleanliness of MPO/MTP Fiber Optic Splice End Faces
   The cleanliness of the MPO/MTP splice end face is crucial for minimizing fiber optic link loss. Ensure nothing comes into contact with the end face. If accidental contact occurs, use a specialized MPO/MTP cleaner to clean the end face before docking. Always remove the dust cap only after docking the MPO/MTP connector to prevent contamination from environmental dust.

3. Handle MPO/MTP Cables with Care
   MPO/MTP optical fibers are designed for indoor use with conventional sheathing. When installing, avoid dragging the cable forcefully to prevent potential damage or fractures.

4. Avoid Excessive Force on Fiber Optic Patch Cords
   Never pull or squeeze fiber optic patch cords during installation. Applying too much force can strain the connectors and cable, potentially affecting the performance of the fiber optic link.

Note that the MPO/MTP connector on the connecting module is typically female.
