SPECIFICATION
The QSFP28 optical transceiver module is engineered to support 100GBASE Ethernet transmission over distances up to 40 kilometers using single-mode fiber (SMF) with a wavelength of 1310 nm, connected via duplex LC connectors. The 100 Gigabit Ethernet signal is transmitted across four wavelengths, with the multiplexing and demultiplexing processes handled internally within the module. This transceiver adheres to the IEEE 802.3ba standard and offers digital diagnostic capabilities via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA, enabling real-time monitoring of operational parameters. With its hot-swappable and easy-to-install features, it is well-suited for a wide range of applications, including 100G telecom links, data centers, high-performance computing networks, and enterprise core and distribution layer deployments.
